This health assessment helps to identify and address the risk factors to reduce your risk of developing chronic disease. The Canungra Valley Medical Centre offers a bulk billed health check for all eligible patients between the ages of 45 and 49 years, as this assessment can help identify and reduce the risk factors of you developing a chronic disease.
